Over the years, the top panel, which was originally a natural wood color, has changed to the tinted color typical of the Yamaha LA series, creating a slightly somber atmosphere. As you can see from the photo, this is a magnificent Japanese vintage guitar that exudes style and elegance.

It is an item that creates a nice atmosphere just by displaying it in your room, living room, shop or office, but just by lightly plucking one chord, you can hear the delicious dry sound produced by the vibration of dead wood. It resonates.

This is an item that has been manufactured for over 50 years, so there are scratches, dents, dirt, burns, binding deterioration, and discoloration. (Please check the photo)

The neck is generally straight.

The string height is 12 frets, the 6th string is approximately 2.8mm, the 1st string is approximately 2.1mm, and the trust rod has plenty of room on both sides.

The remaining frets are about 60-70% on the low position side and over 70% on the high position side.

Although there is some swelling on the top plate, it is not severe. Additionally, there were some gaps between the bridge and the top plate, but a professional repairman fixed them by injecting adhesive.

Furthermore, there was a slight difference in the seam in the center of the top plate, so we had the music store fix this by applying a patch from the back side. The nut and saddle have been replaced with ones made from cow bone, but everything else is original.

A genuine Yamaha hard case is included, but this one is quite used and has dirt, scratches, tears, writing, and repair marks with tape. Please consider this as an extra for shipping.
