Preowned used condition. Maker exterior is in good condition. Burner plate has some markings on it from previous use. No other areas in the exterior machine to note. The glass carafe has some gold paint chipping (refer to photo of this) and some hard water marks that could be removed with a good cleaner. A beautiful and stylish machine- with WI fi! You can set an auto brew time for the mornings. Has a clock. Works great- photo to show unit on. Will need to put a new water filter pod in.
