This is a vintage Gemmy Snowflake Snow Miser Singing Swinging Snowflake String. It is a motionette snowman that sings and swings his string os snowflakes. The snowman is 18 inches tall and has a snowflake pattern. It was made in China. Note: He doesn’t spin or dance or lift his right arm with hat. Needs TLC cleaning although I am cleaning him.
