I believe this to be authentic Fendi, possibly vintage. It is unique and well made. The closure is a full metal snap shut type-I don't know the technical name for that, but it is very satisfying to open and close. It appears to be made out of black calf hair leather and has gold painted stripes. It has goldtone hardware with logo on each of the metal pieces. The metal logo on the inside still has the protective plastic on it. There is some wear to the gilding on the stripes, especially on the bottom and some places where the fur has been rubbed off on each of the top corners and one spot on the body of the purse. The lining is a pink red color. There is a pocket with a zipper inside. There are some pen marks inside the on the lining. The strap is in good condition. On the tightest setting it has about an 11 inch drop. It has three holes to adjust the length. Please look at photos. It is approximately 11x10 in without the handle strap.

We are a smoke-free home but we do have pets.
