Hi-Tech industry-Twist drill PRESTO HSSECo8, long
din 340 SM200, parabolic deep-hole spiral, right-hand cutting
04161 - Very stable drill made of high-alloy HSCo (8%Co, 10%Mo) with extremely strong hot hardness resistance. For drilling deep holes or through drill bushings in alloy steels, such as rolling bearings-, compensation- and case-hardened steels as well as long-chipping materials with strengths of up to 1,300 N/mm2. By using a special tip geometry, optimal chip formation, a reduction in feed force and a reduction in torque are achieved. Large chip spaces enable drilling depths of over 5 xd without chipping.
- din 340SM200-Deep hole spiral
- HSSECo8/M42
- Taper surface grinding 130° - parabolic deep hole spiral
- Thinning din 1412 C < 3 mm; S ≥ 3mm
- Wide, open grooves with strongly rounded back edges
- < 1.0 mm = HSSECo5 (M35)
