This is a modern action figure, made by Hasbro as part of the larger Marvel Legends series. This is a figure of Iron Man, the Heroes Return version.
The figure appears to be in good shape.
The packaging appears to be in good condition except for a little corner wear (pictures #2, #3 and #4). The left side of the back is a little pushed in (pictures #6 and #7).
