Rare Josiah Russell & Co London small dumpy seltzer mineral bottle c1890-1920

Very scarce. Thick glass and heavy for its size. Tiny lip chip and an old chip to base. On the last photo you can see a curved manufacturing flaw in the glass - this is shown from the front through the glass but is actually on the back of the bottle and is just a wavy line, not a crack.
