Possibly Charles Jagger (1790-1827). An exquisite miniature dating to around 1820 of a young woman identified verso as Miss Scarlet. Her date of birth, marriage and death are also indistinctly recorded. Unsigned, but with some research it should be possibly to ascertain a reasonable attribution. Period frame.
