Equipped with an acoustic engine jointly developed with Fishman, it is gaining popularity as a new type of guitar with new possibilities that allow it to freely switch between the tones of both acoustic and electric guitars.
The Acoustasonic Player Telecaster combines the design and playing feel of the iconic Telecaster into an electric-acoustic style, combining a full-hollow mahogany body with a Modern DeepC-shaped mahogany neck.
The top of the body is made of high quality Sitka spruce. The patented Stringed Instrument Resonance System (SIRS) technology provides a comfortable live sound with rich acoustic resonance despite its thin body.
Equipped with two types of pickups: a Fishman undersaddle transducer and a Fender Acoustasonic Noiseles pickup, and by operating the 3-way voice selector and Mod knob, you can create a variety of sound variations based on 6 types of guitar tones.
This is an excellent piece of perfection that not only can be used as an electric acoustic guitar that electric players can easily use, but also as a tool for creating new expressions.
The sound variations depending on the SW position and Mod knob are as follows.

A Mahogany short scale small body sound.
Based on the iconic pre-war design, it richly expresses a warm, dry, lively midrange, focused sound, and tight bass.
B Rosewood dreadnought body sound.
It delivers a classic American acoustic sound with crisp highs and balanced bass.

Utilizes the raw sound of undersaddle pickups to create a unique lo-fi tone.
B Lo-fi Crunch
By adding mud to the sound of an undersaddle pickup, it reproduces the double track sound of an electric guitar and an acoustic guitar.
