New GM OEM Rear Overhead Console A/C Heater Fan Control # 15189858. This may also replace the following models but please check our closeup photo of the plug fitting on the back to make sure that it will accept your plug, in particular the notches around the outside of the opening: 15112018, 15-72988, 1572988, 15763047) . This was used in various GM trucks and SUVs from 2003-2006. Control is designed to work in the rear overhead/roof location; it will not be compatible with the front dash, front overhead or floor module locations. Please see the application chart above. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can’t get much more OEM than that.
