Beautiful all stainless vintage Seiko Actus. Think 1970s. Automatic 23 jewel movement runs  and hands and date functions operate. Will likely need a service though. Needs a crystal too.  Happy to answer questions if I can. Have a look at my other vintage watch listings too!
