General Policies/Terms Buyer agrees to when purchasing any of our eBay offerings from OnlyGreatDeals-NV:
1. Stock photo: These are custom photos of the item we are selling.  Usually, when possible we like to post a stock photo of a NEW item. If the item is described as new in the box, it will almost always be a stock photo from the manufacturer (they take the best pictures). If you are concerned that the picture is not a stock photo, please email and ask, we will be happy to confirm or not. If the item pictured is from a stock photo, and the box has not been opened, or the item is the actual item but unopened by OnlyGreatDeals-NV,there may be slight differences in the appearance of the item, unknown to OnlyGreatDeals-NV. We will always give you as much information as we can.


2. BUY it NOW versus Auction listings:  BUY it NOW (BIN) is a wonderful Ebay feature.  This feature allows us to offer an item at what we believe is a really good fair market “sale” value, often as much as 75% below retail. When we suggest a Buy it Now (BIN) price, whether in regard to Vintage, Used items or Brand NEW, this price is based on what we believe bidders in a true auction would be willing to bid in order to buy the item at a fair price (which for new items on Ebay is always below MSRP), +/-10%. This is based on similar items, similar condition and most importantly---- similar quality , that have been sold recently on Ebay.  Also, with BIN we offer the item without putting a ‘reserve’ price and making the bidders play the game of waiting to see if their best bid will even meet the reserve.  If you know what you are willing to pay we invite you to make your ‘best offer’(when available)– if we are satisfied we will accept it, otherwise, no harm.  We urge you not to wait and see what the item sells for because in most cases our offering will be a one-of-a-kind item from us- and once it’s gone, it’s gone! 

3.  Receipt of your payment is expected within 24 hours of close of auction or we reserve right to relist offer the item to another bidder.  In most cases we will extend the time for completion of the buyer’s performance, please let us know your needs. 

4. Any questions, please email before bidding. Most items we offer are non-returnable, unless not as described. If you are not sure whether an item is returnable, email to clarify or assume it is not. The picture(s) in the listing are part of our description (see paragraph #1 above), and we pack and ship to ensure that you receive the item as described.  If you have a particular shipping or packing request, please email before paying so that we may price the mode of shipping/packing to accommodate your wishes.  Some items that are new may have the UPC carefully removed for promotional purposes, please ask before bidding if this is important to you and we will give specifics about this particular item.  Also, we describe everything as accurately as we are informed, but if you are unsure about an item, and we have not answered your question as fully as you would like, we expect you to do your own research.  Some items are packed in original manufacturer’s box.  If you want to know if this item is still in original box, and the description does not say, please ask.  Some items require more packing and even a trip to the shipper, and these costs may be included in the shipping & handling fees. Sadly, shipping costs are on the rise, and in addition to the fees eBay charges seller for the winning price, eBay now charges sellers almost 13% on top of the shipping costs and sales taxes.

5. If you receive an item that is broken or otherwise not as described, please email us for a return authorization within 3 days of your receipt.  Any and all returns for whatever reason must be shipped back within 5 days after your receipt (per the shipping confirmation) or a refund will not be given. We always want you to be delighted with your purchase and we will make every effort to that end. It is important to keep all packing materials, particularly if a claim must be made to the carrier. Some items are manufacturer warranted, see description for details. WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE ANY OF THE ITEMS WE SELL, therefore it is up to the buyer prior to purchase to determine if the manufacturer of the item provides the level of quality in their products as desired by buyer.  Note: We cannot guarantee that the ‘package’ of the item will arrive without dents, tears, or cracks, etc.– all shippers mistreat packages.  We do promise that the item itself that you are buying arrives as described, if it does not please let us know upon receipt and we will do everything to resolve the issue to your satisfaction!

6. We always leave positive feedback upon receiving positive feedback from our buyers. Our reputation is very important to us and if you have a concern, please email us before leaving anything but positive feedback so that we may resolve any issues.

7. We only ship to the lower 48 states, however, if the item is one which you believe we could ship to you, please contact us before bidding and we will confirm shipping fees. We ship the way that we think is most appropriate for the particular item to get fast service and manage costs.  We state a maximum time within which we will ship (in case of the unexpected), however, we almost always ship the next business day after receipt of cleared funds/payment (see our feedback!). After receipt of payment we will email you with the actual expected shipping date.   Communication with our buyers is high priority! Expedited shipping time is approximate because not in our control, but we promise to ship the first business day following receipt of cleared funds.

8. We permit pick-up in Las Vegas for most items, with prior arrangement./appointment, however, we do charge a nominal fee for this service. Please inquire before bidding.

9. Tracking and shipping:  We track most items shipped to confirm delivery, however, we always recommend you take insurance for the full amount of the final value, or else the shipping risks are assumed by the buyer. Please email for cost of insurance for your item prior to paying. Additionally, we recommend you request "signature required delivery" the fee is usually around $3, but well worth it to prevent a parcel from being left unattended at your door when no one is home (unfortunately we hear that 'porch pirates' are out there). Contact us before bidding for specific information to your zipcode. For returns or exchanges, shipping both ways is to be paid by buyer. This includes shipping for an item that is called ‘free shipping’ if for any reason the item is returned (shipping costs will be deducted from refund).

10.  Additional Pictures:  If you desire additional pictures, please email to ‘ask seller a question’ with a specific request and we will try to accommodate as soon as possible.
