Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is CIB.  This game is an open box, I know because I opened it.  It has never been used, all the manuals and inserts are inside with the cartridge.  How it came to be opened is that it was purchased in a lot of games and anything coming into us is cleaned just in case due to Covid.  When I cleaned the outer cello I didn't see a small hole and the paper cover inside got wet.  You will see the tear in the lower right and left front where I tried to remove the insert to dry it and it tore.  Nothing inside was wet and is in perfect condition.
