'Red Crystal Fantasies'

Chrysalis, UK, 1974

1061

AGREEABLE MELODIC ROCK - Some hard and some proggy moments - noted for the inclusion of Procol Harum's first bassist Dave Knights. The vibe is decidedly early seventies earthy rock very much in the vein of rivals like Barclay James Harvest and Greenslade. Nothing amazing, just very well produced (by Ken Scott) in the traditional early seventies British style.
