These Trunks sell for around £175-£250 on eBay - I am starting this auction at £99.00

We have owned this brilliant useful trunk/chest for a number of years now and has been ideal for blankets towels etc., 

But we are now moving house and sadly will not be able to use this great chest in our new home.

Please note there is a split in the lid which doesn't affect functionality - but some wood filler would just blend into the split.

You could go a stage further and put a batten inside the lid.  I have found this unnecessary in all the years we have owned it.  

But wanted to mention it to potential buyers.
