Purchased along with some other Zakk Wylde pedals (listed also) and an Epiphone Bullseye, and a Camo Bullseye (yet to be listed) around 2015.

I’ve tried this pedal today and all controls work.

Sadly, whilst trying it I’ve managed to snap on of the 9v battery holders. It does not affect playing the pedal or the sound and the battery still fits. I’m assuming after ~10 years it was a little brittle.
