Although lacking maker’s marks these are certainly 19th century and French. 

Brass with faux ivory grips and chromed lens covers. 

They measure 3.75 inches (9cms) wide x 2.25 inches (6cms) closed and 3 inches (7.75cms) open. 

Condition is very good. The optics are good, and there is no damage.
