This is a Game USED Baseball from Game 4 of the American League Championship Series.  This is a baseball that was used in a game where the Detroit Tigers played the Boston Red Sox. This baseball was pitched in the top of the 4th by Doug Fister to Daniel Nava.  The Tigers won this game but eventually the Red Sox won the series and went on to win the World Series.
