In excellent condition. There are little black bubbles the size of a pen head throughout and one has burst on the base. It is very small but can be felt by touch.

The stopper is smooth by touch. It has a piece of yellow in it that makes it look cracked but it is perfect. The stopper fits in the bottle just right.

There is a Czech Republic sticker on it. I have not been able to identify the maker.
