Here's a new one that needs to be addressed: Ebay is charging you 15% on the taxes they collect, to go along w/ the 15% on shipping & 15% on the item, & 15% on the 15%.  If you don't believe me, look for yourself:  Order details. See more details (bottom right).  View(far right).  The down arrow (next to fees based on.)  Is it legal to charge fees for taxes that Ebay is collecting & you aren't collecting?  I figure that's millions of dollars a day.  I'd recommend giving them a call to discuss this...

I specialize in unread, unopened high-grade copies & lifetime collections.  This auction is for the 1st 2 photos only:  PLAYBOY #1 CGC 6.0 white (1953 1st MARILYN MONROE, first issue.)  The first legendary issue with an early Marilyn Monroe issue.  The three 6.5s sold the last year went for an avg $6299.  The two 7.0s sold the last 90 days went for an avg $6950.  A 7.5 sold for $7210 in 2022, & the price goes up astronomically after that.  I bought this cheap in a live auction that was covered by cgc so the price in this grade is low because it's based on my copy.

Comments on the CGC bks:  My pricing is based on the sold CGC bks by taking the low-priced copies & dropping my price some if possible.  I usually sell bks much cheaper than most everyone else But the reality is dealing w/ CGC is insanely expensive.  A lost giant batch of bks cost me $10,000-$20,000 in losses.  A double charged credit card.  No more discounts on huge batches of bks.  Pre-grade expectations cost an extra $7 a bk now.  Getting the nicest copies in the world is expensive.
