Used RME Multiface II, Cardbus HDSPe Hammerfall host interface, PCIe to cardbus adapter, all cables and PSU. Unconventional arrangement, but works perfectly. RME are updating the drivers at least once a year, and it is robust, reliable and of studio quality still.
