About 7 years ago we started two stores. One was mine and the other one is my wife's. Hers was for clothing and other items While mine was primarily for model trains. because life constantly changes, I closed the other store. We now share this store. We had over 900 positive reviews on that store. So, rest assure that we still strive to offer the best items described exactly as they are. I have been around model trains for many years and have owned and sold all scales except for Z. Unless noted the trains will be shipped with attention to detail. such as tested where applicable stirrups, Brake wheels, couplers intact and working. Because of this attention to detail, we do not offer returns. But we will stand by our items in the event you are dissatisfied feel free to contact us. With that being said you can't please everybody but it's not a bad goal.
