For sale is the most incredible, adorable, precious, pair of Victorian -Edwardian era, child’s red leather boots. They are an incredible survivor. They are in mostly good condition with the leather still being somewhat supple, but the soles and other spots, as well as the interior, do show some wear including scuffs and tears. I have tried to take photos showing all views, so please view and judge condition from them. There are some buttons missing, and some are red and some are black, but what a great survivor. These were just recently found in Ohio’s Amish country, and they were packaged the newspaper dating to 1989, so they have been packed away since then. I would date these to the late 1890s to early 1900s. They are just so awesome. I challenge anyone to find another pair this sweet in this condition. Victorian/Edwardian children’s shoes are easy to come by, but to find them in the color of red/burgundy is hard to come by. Please view all photos carefully as they are an integral a part of description and listing. The photos show the sizes. This photo was taken outside at dusk with no filters , so use that as a parameter with your judgment of color. I am calling them red/burgundy. Another person called me out and returned shoes that I described as the same. I will not accept a return on this because I am sharing the photos as they are. I have no intention of deceiving anyone about colors or condition, what you see is what you get. I had another pair of gorgeous, red shoes that someone returned, because they thought the color was just a shade off of what I described. I called them red, they called them burgundy, please see and enlarge all photos carefully.
