Marshall JMP 2203 Mk2 Master Model Head 1978

Tested with a 4x12 cab today and it is fully working and sounding glorious.

This amp was used by me for many years, both for gigging and as a recording studio amp.

Over the years it has been regularly serviced and treated with respect.

It has Mullard ECC83's in the pre amp. A standard ECC83 in the phase invertor. The power valves are very nice EL34's that I can't remember the exact make (possibly TELEFUNKEN). The were professionally fitted sometime ago along with a service and bias setup.

The tolex is in great condition for a 46 year old amp.

The Marshal Logo is damaged like lots of these old amps.

One of the feet has been replaced with a rubber one. The amp sits perfect on a flat surface and on top of a speaker cabinet,

The amp comes with a good quality cover.

The Pre Amp knob has been replaced with a slightly different capped knob.

This is a fantastic sounding amp. Probably the best sounding 2203 I've heard.
