SALE & POSTAGE Information:

1. DISPATCH TIME: Within 3-5 working days (not including Saturday or public holidays).

2. COMBINED POSTAGE: Available for multiple items according to the basket value. Add items to your basket and use the "request total" function, or wait for a postage invoice for multiple successful offers.

3. UK ORDERS: Buyer will be charged according to basket value, but can choose additional recorded or tracked delivery in the basket page if desired.

• UK standard with proof of postage receipt: £1 (Value of max. £15-20)
• UK recorded delivery: £2.75 (Value of £15-20+)
• UK special delivery: £8 (Value significantly more than £50)

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Standard airmail charge only available to selected countries (inc. EU, USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia). Buyer will be charged according to basket value, but can choose additional tracked delivery in the basket page if desired.

• International standard with proof of postage receipt: £2.75 (Value of max. £15-20)
• International tracked #1: £8.50 (Value of £15-20+)
• International tracked #2: £11.50 (Value significantly more than £50 up to approx £250)

If your basket to a destination outside of the UK is significantly more than £250 it will be necessary to send two (or more) tracked letters at the higher rate to cover the total value.

5. OTHER DETAILS: NO international letters will be sent after the 1st week of December until 3rd January. NO UK letters will be sent after 2nd week of December until 3rd January. This is due to seasonal postal delays; if a purchase is made after these deadlines you must wait until January for your order to be shipped.

6. CUSTOMS: Letters can occasionally be held by local customs offices for a fee (Rarely an issue but can sometimes happen). Please do not complain to me about customs delays or fees charged as these are both out of my control and have nothing to do with me. Local authorities can hold letters at their own discretion. If your letter is held for a fee, and you decide not to comply with local customs authorities and have the letter returned, the items can be refunded after they have been received back in full. Postal charges will not be refunded however.
