"Mull Of Kintyre/Girls' School" R6018 1977 [UK No.1/US No.33]. This non album release was to be Wing's only UK No.1. "Mull Of Kintyre" was co-written with Denny Laine and released as their only double 'A' sided single. The US chart position is for "Girls' School" only. Officially the 4th best selling single in UK history (the Top 3 were charity releases by Elton John and Band Aid '84 and the twice UK No.1 "Bohemian Rhapsody". The highest Beatles placing is "She Loves You" at No.8.
