Shipping

Returns

You have the option to exchange or return the item for a refund within 14 days of the shipment date, with shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.

• Return / Exchange item(s) must be in original condition. If the item was factory sealed, it means it must be returned factory sealed. All manual(s) and accessories(s) must be included in the original package.
• Refunds for returned and opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective.
• Opened game(s) and software(s) may not be returned, exchanged, nor is it eligible for a refund.
• Shipping Fee is non-refundable.
