Very good condition.  All games complete with manuals.  Outer boxes are excellent with the hanging tabs present, however the artwork/inlay for Olympic Gold has a small tear on the spine as pictured (see close up photo).  All of the manuals and cartridges are in very good condition and all games are tested/working. As an added bonus the "Sega" stickers are present on all three of the opening spines.
