Up to #6 from #8, My Music - Loggins & Messina. Jammed up at #6, Photograph - Ringo Starr. Dropping to #7 from #3, Let Me In - The Osmonds. Inching up to #8 from #9, Check It Out -Tavares. Up to #9 from #11, Pretty Lady - Lighthouse. Slipping to #11 from #10, Let's Get It On - Marvin Gaye. Jumping to #13 from #17, Let Me Serenade You - ThreeDog Night. Dropping to #15 from #12, That Lady - Isley Brothers. Debuting at #20, My Old School - Steely Dan (peaked at #63 nationally on the Billboard Hot 100). Survey is in good condition; has some wrinkling; measures 3-1/4 x 6 when closed.
