Up for auction is a long sleeve jacket made by Liz Claiborne most likely in the 1990's--very much in style right now! This jacket has 4 white plastic buttons up the front and is a 100% polyester red & white polka dot fabric with red acetate lining; it has padded shoulders. The tag says 8--see measurements. Laid out flat it measures: 16 3/4" shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back, 19" to the ends of the shoulder; 20" underarm to underarm across the back; 17 1/2" at the waist; 24" length from shoulder to hem in front, 14 1/4" measured underarm to hem, and sleeve length of 24 1/2" from shoulder to hem, 17 3/4" underarm to hem (Compare these measurements to a jacket that fits you to know if this one will fit). These measurements were taken when the jacket was laid out flat. There are no stains, rips or odors I can find anywhere on this garment as it has never been worn. However, there is one tiny flaw, a pulled thread across the back the back of one arm (see photos). This is hardly noticeable, most people would need this pointed out to them. I only mention this as I am very picky & want to be as detailed as possible in my description so that you know what to expect. Other than this it is in very good condition. How great this jacket would be for your summer wardrobe and into the fall!

I am going to be listing other vintage & brand new with tags clothing over the next few weeks so check out my other items often! Be sure to add me to your favorites list!

Please bid carefully as I do not refund shipping on returns unless I misrepresented the item. You can contact me with any concerns if necessary before leaving feedback as I want happy customers. I will contact you within 3 days of auction end with payment instructions. I will feedback you as soon as you contact me after receiving item to let me know that everything arrived safely.

Payment due 5 days after end of auction. Insurance is included in cost of shipping with all auctions.

Save on shipping when you win more than one item! I am always happy to combine shipping costs from multiple auctions, however all items must be paid at the same time to receive shipping discounts. All shipping is done Mon & Fri as these are my days off. Exceptions sometimes made if possible. There is a small handling fee already added to shipping charges to pay for insurance & help defray cost of shipping supplies. If shipping seems high to you please consider the fact that this includes insurance, that shipping supplies are paid for, and the distance the item is traveling (I am in Florida-- if you are on the west coast shipping does cost a bit more & take a bit longer). Shipping will be in an envelope to keep weight down & save you money. As this is a tight fit, please let me know if you'd like another option to keep the dress wrinkle-free (please be aware that this would result in higher shipping costs).

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Please check my about me page if you have any questions about shipping charges before contacting me, most answers can be found there.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

  • I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. If you bid and pay and then ask me to do so, I will immediately report you to Ebay, cancel the sale, and refund your payment MINUS the $.35 fee that paypal charges me to refund payments and any fees that Ebay charges me to re-list the item.

  •  Shipping charges may seem high but this is because insurance is included so that you will definitely receive your item. If lost in transit 100% of your purchase price will be refunded. I will not consider shipping without insurance. I cannot ship internationally at any lower cost at this

All Bidders Please Read the Following Terms of Sale:

Please note: Most of the items I sell are either vintage or gently used. I try my very best to accurately describe all items and list all flaws. Although I list all flaws I can find, sometimes something small gets overlooked. If a statement such as "age wear" or "manufacturing defects" is used in the description, it means that the item is not flawless and your bid constitutes knowledge of that fact. By bidding you agree to the following terms: returns will only be made if the item returned is the actual item I sent to you; that the item will be unused by you or anyone else; all identifying tags will still be attached and not removed (photos kept for placement verification); a re-stocking fee will be charged unless I made a major misstatement (age wear and manufacturing defects that are present & were mentioned in listing do not qualify as a reason for non-payment of re-stocking fee). I do not refund shipping charges, nor do I pay return shipping charges. I ship all items insured so if an item is damaged in transit, you agree to attempt to seek compensation from the insurer by filing a claim before attempting to have the item refunded by me. I'm sorry to have to implement these policies but have had an awfully large amount of miscommunication as of late & want all of my transactions to run smoothly. I have had experiences where buyers contact me with a claim for damaged items when the defect was clearly stated in the description and visible in the photos. I try very hard to make your experience the best I can and want you to be happy, but I can't afford to refund shipping charges that were paid to the post office when defects were seen in the photos-- please make sure to use the zoom fuction to examine the item before bidding. I am willing to refund but can only refund cost of item, not shipping, and must charge a restocking fee to cover fees incured by me in accepting the return. On this particular item, it was closely examined for flaws and I have stated everything I saw (namely, the not new condition). However, if something else was missed it would likely be very small & not noticeable while being worn so for that reason, no returns will be made on a "not as described" claim, although I will take a return but there will be a 20% restocking fee charged--see return info for details.

Ebays new ratings for sellers, please read:

Hi, I wanted to give you a little info on the way ebay considers feedback, ebay has changed their feedback policy for sellers and feedback is extremely important..We know this..

Example:

When giving sellers 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Times may seem like "Quickly"; but however with ebay, they consider this as a sub-par mark. Keep that in mind when leaving feedback.

I strive for 5-star service by stating upfront my policies, my shipping rate and my shipping frequency & speed. I am an honest dealer and always have been, I list everything I find that may possibly be wrong with the item, if there is anything. I want you to be happy and I want your return business.

If you were pleased with this transaction, please respond with all 5 stars! If you are not pleased, let me know via e-mail directly or through Ebay's contact seller link before leaving feedback, and I'll work hard to make you happy.

Let's work together to make a great community, fun and exciting for everyone. Thank you again for your time and business, have a wonderful day.
