Communication

• I usually reply in a very timely manner. Please ask as many questions as you need to make this purchase good for you! I'll be very happy to provide you with any info you might want.

Payment

• The payment must be received no later than 2 days after you win the item. I only accept PayPal.

Shipping

• I try to ship as soon as possible after the payment is received and cleared. I do not make any profit on shipping, I only apply USPS shipping charges, no handling fee. I order online myself and I try to recycle packing materials - I think it is good for the environment. All items will be well packed very well, my recycling would not compromise the safety of the shipment. I gladly combine shipping cost and I make sure to use the least expensive shipment option (unless other options are required by the buyer). 

Returns

• I am sorry, I can't afford returns. All sales are final unless I grossly misrepresent the item. Please ask questions before you place a bid, I'd be happy to provide you with any info you might need. Online shopping is tricky and requires some experience. If you never shopped online, it is better to start with big retailers' web sites, so you can return your purchase if you are not satisfied.
