An 17th-18th Century continental Blue and White fluted porcelain tea caddy. Hard paste porcelain as it is glass like with no crazing and is translucent when  held against a liight.Decorated in underglaze blue.

The Meissen Crossed Sords are presnt in underglaze blue next to the neck of the tea caddy and clearly illustrated in the image.

Condition is excellent for its age. There is a v small shallow chip to the side of the neck. This has been filled to smooth the surface. This is difficult to see.
