Used but in reasonable/good condition and fully working, has signs of use and wear and tear and has a paint chip near the touchscreen, the touchscreen has a few marks and scratches (but nothing that effects use) The rubber buttons show signs of wear and the led screen has scratches. This wear is quite common with these models (probably due to the materials used) The back plate is actually quite good and is usually quite easily marked.
