Antique, well over 120 year old book in overall good or better condition. Front and back covers show some water staining and soiling and the upper and lower ends of the spine show some rubs. Interior of the book is overall very clean with the front endpapers only having small watermarks. Title page has small tatter at inside margin near the gutter but aside for this is overall very clean with pages only having very light toning from age. Book's binding is tight and the book is structurally very well intact. Book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.

Book totals 320 pages, measures approximately 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 2 1/4 pounds.
