For your attention today is a fabulous vintage real Russian sable fur and genuine suede hat in a trapper/Russian ushanka style.

The hat was made to a special order in circa 80's and it is still in excellent vintage condition inside and out. It has been made from real Russian Barguzin sable fur, reckoned to be the most expensive and most sought after fur in the world! The sable fur is dense, soft, silky, warm and very lightweight. This hat would have cost a fortune to buy, even back in the 70's. Even today nothing has really changed and the very best top quality sable will still cost you a King's ransom and as warm and light in weight as it is heavy in price!

The hat is lined with a brown quilted fabric. The lining has a small amount of general wear for its age, however it is all intact. The circumference is 22" or 56 cm to fit a small/medium sized head. The hat is in excellent vintage condition from all aspects. The fur is fluffy, soft, looks and feels really gorgeous!
