Paypal is preferred but Bank transfer is also accepted.
Once payment is received, I will ship your order within 3 business days. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your order will be sent as a letter with no tracking provided for small size stamp(we charge $2.99 for postage) or tracking parcel for big size stamp (we charge $7.5 for postage). Envelopes/Parcels may not arrive in perfect flat condition due to handling by Australia Post personnel during postage.
If you reside in a rural area, you may experience extended delivery times due to Australia Post's standard mail service. Please be prepared for additional delivery time if you live outside a major metropolitan area.

You may cancel your order if it has not been packed and shipped. If your order has been packed and shipped, the item can be returned at your expense within 30 days (item must be returned in original brand new, unused condition). We will refund the item once we receive it within 2-3 business days. It is recommended that you use a registered posting service in case it is lost in the mail. Please note that we will deduct the original postage cost (usually $2.99). Used items will not be accepted for return.
