For sale is a RARE, square-shaped section of stage from the musical "Hamilton". This comes from its groundbreaking, World Premiere run Off-Broadway at The Public Theater.  This run was from January to May of 2015 in New York City.

This is a section of the Newman Theater stage that was walked upon by the entire original Off-Broadway company, which included:

This cast then transferred to the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway, where the show is still running.

Additionally, this stage was trod upon by ALL of the (then) surviving members of the original cast of "A Chorus Line". Since honoring the 40th Anniversary of that groundbreaking show (which also premiered in the Newman), when the surviving cast members reunited, several key members have died. These include, but are not limited to: Sammy Williams, Pamela Blair, Ronald Dennis, and Robert LuPone.

A video of this reunion can be found here: https://youtu.be/xqqjJFHV5qY?si=Ko4URgAq2DmeUbYv

This approximately 10.25" × 10.25" × 0.25" section of stage was designed specifically for the production by the show's set designer, David Korins, and screwed into place in the Newman. Based on the notations on the verso, this piece of stage came from the outer edge of the turntable section. This piece, 39.B, matched with a larger plank, 39.A, which was on the downstage right (house left) side of the stage.

This section has been signed by the legendary Artistic Director of The Public, Oskar Eustis. He was instrumental in bringing "Hamilton" to The Public, and, in essence, to the finished work.

As this was used for approximately five months straight, eight shows a week, this piece of stage does show wear. Please consult all of the photos attached.
