This is a modern action figure, made by Hasbro as part of the larger Marvel Legends series. This is from the series of figures based on recent TV series.

This is Yelena Belova, based on the look from Hawkeye. It comes in at roughly 6 inches tall.

Note: The figure was removed from the packaging and will be shipped without any of it. I also removed the Build-a-Figure piece from this one.  

The figure appears to be in good condition. 

A great buy if you don't want to pay extra for the Hydra Stomper BAF piece.
