Bus conversion chassis for Faller car system, Viesmann Car motion, and RC 1/87 - HO,
the first innovative general public solution for the personalized manufacturing of Car systems and RC 1/87.
Innovation with variable wheelbase and fixing notches,
allowing you to attach any modern bus body in 1/87 of all brands (Herpa, Rietze, Busch, Wiking, Norev etc.), without modification or deterioration.
With spaces provided for FALLER components and standard electronic components.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICITIES:
Distance between front and rear axle variable: 66 to 75 mm
Possibility to put two standard switches / Faller 8.5 x 4mm SS12D00
Possibility to put a JST 1.25 charging socket at the front or rear, or a Faller 3-point connector charging socket
Possibility to put a magnetic switch
Possibility to put a 10mm Faller motor in central position with 10mm gear OR a 7mm Faller motor in rear position with 7mm module 0.3 gear
Sliding support compatible with Faller steering axles, has to be kept in locked position by yourself.
Holds the bodywork in place on our chassis when you hold it up.
ALL COMPONENTS FIT PERFECTLY IN THEIR LOCATION,
However, we suggest adding a very small amount of superglue (cyanoacrylate) to hold the components in place in their locations (motors, switches, charging connector).
CONTENT: WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A complete chassis printed in 3D (PLA) then assembled by hand, composed of three chassis parts (front, central, rear, see plan), two slide bars, a front axle support and two M1 screws serving to fix the central part and the rear part of the chassis.
Two additional replacement slide bars are provided.
IMPORTANT: FALLER COMPONENTS AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, AS WELL AS WHEELS, INTERIOR AND BODYWORK, ARE NOT PROVIDED.
IMPORTANT NOTES AND WARNINGS:
1/ The 1/87 miniature bus bodies have small stops / bearings in order to be able to fix the bodies on their chassis (the molds of which are often shared by one brand to the other). The locations of these bearings are relatively standardized from one manufacturer to another,
However, it happens in (very) rare cases that these stops are very slightly offset (+/- 1mm, example: Neoplan centroliner Rietze). If you attach these rare bodies to our chassis, a slight offset of the rear axle may be noticed.
If this is your case, please contact us after receiving your chassis. We will find a personalized solution to solve this possible discrepancy.
Note that the buses taken in profile photo (photo x) show the actual assembly of various bodies on our chassis.
We regularly test new bodies and changes to our chassis may occur. We also listen to your suggestions and testimonials in order to guarantee the quality of our products and 100% satisfaction.
2/ If you plan to make an urban bus, we advise you to securely attach the windows to the bodywork (light dot of super glue in the window/bodywork fixing notches) in order to avoid a possible slight curvature of the bodywork (indeed, the bodies of urban buses are often very thin and flexible, photos on request).
3/ All our products are checked and tested before being put on sale. However, in the event of an exceptional defect, we invite you to contact us in order to find a repair or improvement solution and/or organize a return.
You have 15 days to withdraw and return the product.
4/ We are at your disposal before and after purchase to advise you best in your production, do not hesitate to ask us questions and contact us in case of doubts.

TOUS LES COMPOSANTS S’ADAPTENT PARFAITEMENT DANS LEUR EMPLACEMENT,
Nous suggerons cependant l’ajout d’une très petite quantité de superglue (cyanoacrylate) afin de maintenir les composants en place dans leurs emplacement (moteurs, interrupteurs, prises de charge).
CONTENU: CE QUE VOUS RECEVEZ
Un chassis complet imrimé en 3D (PLA) puis monté à la main, composé de trois parties chassis (avant, central, arrière, cf plan), de deux barres de glissière, d’un support d’essieu avant et deux vis M1 servant à fixer la partie centrale et la partie arrière du chassis.
Sont fournies deux barres de glissières supplémentaires de remplacement.
IMPORTANT : LES COMPOSANTS FALLER ET LES COMPOSANTS ELECTRONIQUES, AINSI QUE LES ROUES, L’INTERIEUR ET LES CARROSSERIES, NE SONT PAS FOURNIES.
NOTES IMPORTANTES ET AVERTISSEMENTS:
1/ Les carrosseries de bus miniatures 1/87 possèdent des petites butées dont l’emplacement est relativement standardisé d’un fabricant à l’autre, afin de pouvoir fixer les carrosseries sur leurs chassis (dont les moules sont souvent partagés d’une marque à l’autre)
Cependant, il arrive dans de (très) rares cas que ces butées soient très légèrement décalées (+ / - 1mm, exemple: Néoplan centroliner Rietze). Si vous fixer ces rares carrosseries sur nos chassis, un léger décalage de l’essieu arrière peu être constaté.
Si tel est votre cas, veuillez nous contacter après réception de votre chassis. Nous trouverons une solution personnalisée pour résorber cet éventuel décalage.
Notez que les bus pris en photo de profil (photo x ) montrent le montage réel de divers carrosseries sur nos chassis.
Nous testons régulièrement de nouvelles carrosseries et des évolutions de nos chassis peuvent survenir. Nous sommes par ailleurs à l’écoute de vos suggestions et de vos témoignages afin de vous garantir la qualité de nos produits et une satisfaction à 100% .
2/ Si vous prévoyez de faire un bus urbain, nous vous conseillons de bien fixer les vitres à la carrosserie (léger point de super glue dans les encoches de fixation vitres / carrosserie) afin d’éviter une éventuelle légère courbure de la carrosserie (en effet, les carrosseries des bus urbains sont souvents très fines et flexibles, photos sur demande).
3/ Tous nos produits sont vérifiés et testés avant mise en vente. Cependant, en cas de défaut exceptionnel, nous vous invitons à nous contacter afin de trouver une solution de réparation, d’amélioration et / ou organiser un retour.
Vous avez 15 jours pour vous rétracter et retourner le produit.
4/ Nous sommes à votre disposition avant et après achat afin de vous conseiller au mieux dans vos fabrications, n’hésitez pas à nous poser des questions et nous contacter en cas de doutes.
