Very original ONE OWNER Tiger 650 this bike still has 90% of its original Factory fitted Parts which includes all the Chrome ..which. is in exceptional condition ....The headers are Factory original along with the mufflers which sounds so much quieter than the aftermarket ones available today. The only chrome parts that I have changed are the handlebars to suit my riding preference

The seat/seat pan are Factory original so is the wiring loom both are in  exceptionally good condition.

All the nuts and bolts face the right way and have the correct markings the bike was repainted at some stage using the correct color and pattern for the 1969 model year ..the speedometer and tachometer were serviced and cleaned. This motorcycle was ordered in 1969 by its owner serving on the USS SAMUAL GOMPERS... through the U.S Navy Exchange( NEX) ..while the ship was docked in Hong Kong .

The next Port of Call was San Francisco California and the end of his Tour of Duty. The TR6R.was picked up from the official West Coast Distributors for Triumph Motorcycles.... Johnson's Motors Inc in California

It acquired a temporary registration on the 07/09/69 in California.

The owner eventually rode the bike to Hartford Connecticut where it was issued a Connecticut title on the 03/10/70 and  registration-inspection, followed 03/16/70.

The bike was ridden  and enjoyed for approximately 20,000 miles before wife / kids Etc took priority and the bike was put into storage.
