This is a automatic cam chain tensioner key holder to fit Honda CCT units.

To be able to remove the cams to do the shim's (I.E on the VFR800 VTEC, CBR1000RR), the tensioner needs to be winding back to make the chain slack to be able to remover the cams.

Also needed if fitting new tensioner blades or new cam chain.

The key has to be placed into the CCT to engage the screw slot inside the CCT. Once wound out, the key is pushed it 2 mm to engage with the X in the out face of the CCT unit to lock it in place (so it does not spin back).

It is an alternative for Honda part numbers 07ZMG-MCAA400, 07ZMG-MCAA300 and does the same job. There are many YouTube videos showing how the keys work.

 It is made from Laser cut 1.2mm 304 Stainless Steel, and has been rumbled to give it smooth edges. It has a hole, so it can be put onto a key ring or another safe place.
