I don’t know much about this plate. It is signed although I cannot find anything on Google about this potter or the country of manufacturer. It does say zaire does this mean that year a country in Africa or is that the last name of the potter? I don’t know so I’m selling it as is there is a tiny chip at the edge. It is really spectacularly done.
