About This Yarn...
~ This Listing is for One Skein!~
What I know 100% for sure...
* It is 4 Plies of simply 100% Softest Merino Wool, Whether it is Superwash or not, I am not sure
* Each Skein is 100gr skein with at least 400 yards. I do not carry a sock yarn with any less than 400 yards per skein.
* Weight: #1 SuperFine, Sock, Fingering weight
* Hand Dyed in Small Batches by Me Personally Using Professional, Colorfast Dyes
* Easy Yarn Care: Hand Wash Gently in Cold Water and Lay Flat to Dry.
NOTE: "Do Not Be Fooled into thinking that you have to pay $30 for a skein of hand dyed yarn! You will be more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of my hand dyed yarns.
I've been hand dyeing for almost 10 years now and use the exact same yarns as those other folks who sell on Etsy for a LOT more!
I prefer to keep things small and simple as a one woman business, and pass the savings along to you because I think everyone deserves to work with fine yarn.
It's a win, win for us both!" ~ Christina

My scatterbrain is your good fortune! :))

OK, So Let's Talk Plies!...
4 Ply yarns are stronger than 2 ply yarns and are better suited to harder, longer wearing garments.
Think "Crisp"... they have a rounder shape that makes stitches appear more defined, so they are ideal for cables and anything for which you want to see the definition of your stitchwork like laces or moss stitch.
They will tend to have a somewhat springier feel, but won't block quite as 2D flat as a 2 ply yarn will.

 No Waiting!
All of my Hand Dyed Yarns are Dyed, Dried & Ready To Ship To You TODAY!
* Yarn in this listing is sold per skein.
* All of the skeins/hanks in this listing are from the same dye-lot... I list and photograph each dye-lot separately.
* Hand Dyed Yarn can and does tend to vary greatly from skein to skein, even in the same dye-lot! So, for multi-skein projects, it is always a good idea to alternate skeins every couple of rows.
* I photograph in natural light, but some color discrepancy is inevitable and is to be expected as colors varies from one monitor, eye and screen to the next!
