Individually bagged with acid-free backing board and has been stored properly by me for several decades.

- Original Owner.
- Glossy cover and tight staples.
- Cover is fairly well centered and is firmly secured to interior pages which are supple but slightly off white.
- The cover has some surface wear but still has its original gloss.
- The top of the cover has small tear (see scan).
- The top left corner of the cover has a small tear on the spine.
- The bottom left of cover is separated from the spine (about 1.5 inches).
- All the corners are not cut sharp and square.
- Spine is tight and flat.
- There are stress lines around the staples.
Back Cover:
- There is moderate surface wear, is off white and has light soiling.
- The spine is lightly rippled spine (see scan)
- This comic has been stored properly and still looks pretty good considering its age.

New cover art by Kirby/Giacoia (main Captain America figure); all other panels taken from interior stories by Kirby and Simon (Captain America); Kirby/Ayers/Klein and Don Heck ("The Things from Dimension X").
