Built from all LEGO parts. It's essentially a model that uses the Police Station set to make a print shop. It has a very neat printing press inside it. And it's a corner building.

I purchased the instructions to make this and I don't have a copy of them to give now, it was a limited time thing.

I'm gonna pack it up very nicely in a box built and pack it as best I can and it should survive without too many bricks falling off. I will put in some random mini figs in the package. I might place a small piece of tape to keep the sections together.

This would be a great addition to a Lego city because it's made of all real Lego but it's not a building Lego offers but it's built like it is built like Lego does, its

definitely a lego modular building.
