17 inches by 16 for the frame there is no COA for the signatures I feel pretty confident that they are real and he is in the bottom right hand corner I got a photo of him the other signature is interesting just signed Frank only I have no idea who that would be. It will be shipped in this glass frame I will not remove anything out of it the photo is Matted
