- • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 60 mg
- • Calcium D-Pantothenate 60 mg.
Properties:- • Pantogar is a specific treatment for hair and nails.
- • Pantogar has an advantageous effect in the case of various forms of diffuse hair loss (hair loss of unknown origin).
- • Pantogar supplies hair and nails with a well-balanced composition of fortifying micro-nutrients that are important for the healthy growth of hair and nails: amino-acids, vitamins of the B-group, and proteins.
- • In several clinical studies, an improvement in hair growth, as well as hair quality, has been established: the number of hairs lost is reduced and the hair structure and hair resistance to mechanical and chemical damage is markedly increased.
- • Nail growth disorders are improved by the treatment with Pantogar. Nails become less brittle and improve in elasticity.
Indications:- • Diffuse hair loss (hair loss of unknown origin).
- • Degenerative changes in the hair structure (stressed, thin, inelastic, brittle, lifeless, dull hair), hair damaged by sunlight and UV radiation.
- • Nail growth disorders (brittle, cracked, and inelastic nails).
Dosage and administration:
Except when instructed otherwise by a doctor:- • Adults: one capsule, 3 times daily.
- • Children: one capsule, once to twice daily, depending upon age.
Swallow without chewing with a small quantity of fluid during the main meals.
The average duration of treatment is 3-6 months. Where necessary, treatment can be prolonged or restarted.
Important advice:- • Since hair formation is a slow process, regular administration of Pantogar at the recommended dosage for 3-6 months is essential for successful treatment.
- • Pantogar does not affect the quantity of body hair, which is regulated by other growth factors.
- • Pantogar is not indicated for cicatricial hair loss, or for physiological androgenic alopecia (male pattern- baldness).
- • In these cases, the effects of Pantogar are limited to the fortification of the remaining hair.
- • A physician should be consulted in case of progressive lesions of the hair and nails since these can indicate underlying organic pathology.
