Vintage 1990s, Happy Ness and the Secret of the Lock, blue, cameo, locket play set by Galoob. The polly pocket like set is incomplete. The swing, lanyard and one figure is missing. The Happy Ness figure included has a hole on the bottom so it snugly fits into the seat of the flower ferris wheel which moves. This is one of three lockets which were made based on the 1995 children's cartoon. Despite the missing parts, the locket is in great pre-owned condition and is a rare, hard to find, vintage toy.
