Vintage Unbranded Wooden 4 Wheel Scooter Ride On Toy Hard Wood USA.  Tires are marked HALCO.  Scooter is in good used condition missing handlebar protectors and electrical tape is around base by handlebars.  No cracks or breaks.  Under set is dusty. Scooter shows minor wear, scratching, staining, minor dings, rust & loss of finish, from use &/or storage.  Please see all pictures for condition details.
