Very Old / Antique French Tinned Copper Serving Tray. France.

We believe this was once tinned on both sides, however, the tinning on the top surface is now only in patches as shown. Totally tinned on the underside except where the occasional scratch reveals the copper underneath.

There is a ferrous wire all the way around the outer edge around which the copper has been wrapped.

This was brought yo UK from France, where we believe it was made.
